Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney Destinations,” “we,” “us,” “our” or “ourselves”) is responsible for, among other things, advertising, promoting and marketing the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and Disney Cruise Line.
As used in this Privacy Policy, “The Walt Disney Family of Companies” includes The Walt Disney Company and all of its subsidiary and affiliated entities, including companies such as ABC and ESPN that generally do not offer their products and services under the “Disney” brand name, as well as companies that generally do offer their products and services under the “Disney” brand name. Disney Destinations is a member of The Walt Disney Family of Companies.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from kids under the age of 13 under this Privacy Policy.
Information You Provide
Much of the personally identifiable information we collect comes directly from you. Typically, this information includes your first and
last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. We may collect personal information when you visit the Web
Site including, without limitation, when you enter the Celebrate at Disney Parks Giveaway On-Line Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
Information Collected Through Technology
We may collect information through technology to make the Web Site more useful and for other business purposes. For instance, when you come to
the Web Site, we may collect your IP address. An IP address is often associated with the portal through which you enter the Internet, like your
ISP (Internet Service Provider), your company, or your university. Standing alone, your IP address is not personally identifiable. At times, we
may also use IP addresses to collect information regarding the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the Web Site. We may combine
this information with personally identifiable information.
Cookies and web beacons are pieces of information that a website sends to your computer while you are viewing the website. Information that We Collect from Others

Disney Destinations, LLC
Personally identifiable information collected under this Privacy Policy may be used by Disney Destinations to enter you into the Sweepstakes and for any other
matters relating to the Sweepstakes. In addition, Disney Destinations will use your personal information to complete transactions requested by you (for example,
ordering a Disney Parks Vacation Planning DVD) or to send you administrative communications.
Sharing of Personal Information with Other Members of The Walt Disney Family of Companies
In addition, if, when entering the Sweepstakes, you opt-in to have your information shared with The Walt Disney Family of Companies, your personally identifiable
information collected under this Privacy Policy will be shared among and used by The Walt Disney Family of Companies to send you occasional updates, special offers
and other information about their products and services. This information may be sent to you by postal mail, e-mail or other means.
Sharing of Personal Information with Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”)
If, when entering the Sweepstakes, you sign up for email to receive new product information, special offers and event news from HP, Disney Destinations will share
your personally identifiable information with HP. When Disney Destinations shares your personally identifiable information with HP, your personally identifiable
information will become permanently subject to the information use and sharing practices of HP, and HP will not be restricted by this Privacy Policy with respect
to its use and further sharing of your personal information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Disney Destinations and other members of The Walt Disney Family of Companies may take your personally identifiable information and make it non-personally identifiable,
either by combining it with information about other individuals (aggregating your information with information about other individuals), or by removing characteristics
(such as your full name) that make the information personally identifiable to you (de-personalizing your information). Given the nature of such non-personally identifiable
information, Disney Destinations and The Walt Disney Family of Companies may use and/or share such information without restriction.
Third Parties that Facilitate Communications and Transactions with You
Sometimes Disney Destinations hires third parties to help provide products, services or information, such as a company that helps fulfill prizes for a sweepstakes. In this
situation, there is a need to share your personal information with these third parties. Disney Destinations may also work with third parties who help either gather your
information or communicate with you. Nonetheless, except as separately permitted by other provisions of this Privacy Policy, these third parties are allowed to gather, receive,
and use your personal information only for the purposes described in this paragraph or as required by law.
Disclosures Required by Law and Disclosures To Help Protect the Security and Safety of the Web Site, The Walt Disney Family of Companies and Others
Disney Destinations and other members of The Walt Disney Family of Companies will disclose personal information when it believes in good faith that such disclosures (a) are
required by law including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena, or (b) will help to: enforce our Terms of Use; enforce contest, sweepstakes, promotions and/or
game rules; protect your safety or security including, without limitation, the safety and security of property that belongs to you; and/or, protect the safety and security of the
Web Site, The Walt Disney Family of Companies, and/or third parties including, without limitation, the safety and security of property that belongs to Disney Destinations, The Walt
Disney Family of Companies and/or third parties.
Sale of Business
If Disney Destinations sells all or a part of our business, the information collected under this Privacy Policy may be transferred as a part of the sale. In that event, we will work
to ensure that the purchaser is obligated to treat your personal information in the same manner required by this Privacy Policy.
The security and confidentiality of your information is very important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we may review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your information, you must so notify us at the e-mail address provided below in Q7 prior to the effective date of the changes. In the event that you do so notify us, we reserve the right to delete your personal information we have obtained pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
